Rick Dahlgren is a distinguished national and international leader in education, recognized for his dynamic expertise as a speaker, psychologist, behaviorist, educator, and accomplished author. He has written seven influential books and contributed to numerous book chapters, papers, and presentations. With an extensive 30-year career in education, Rick has specialized in managing challenging and disruptive behaviors across all grade levels, positively impacting thousands of educators.
His proven methods and innovative insights have shaped the teaching practices of over half a million teachers worldwide.

Dr. Rosa Dingle
K-18 Educator, Author of 10 Books and Book Chapters, Psychologist, Behavior Expert and Climate and Culture Change Agent
Dr. Rosa T. Dingle has been serving in public education for the past 20 years. Currently, she is an education consultant and a national professional development trainer in classroom management. Dr. Dingle is highly educated, experienced, and has many accolades due to her work in public education. She feels her most valuable attributes are her values of integrity, grit, teamwork, and excellence.
Dr. Dingle began her career in education as an elementary school teacher and was voted Teacher of the Year by her peers within three years.
She spent nine years as a teacher. Her transition into administration as assistant principal at Scott’s Branch High School meant she could reach more students and have more autonomy to execute school wide goals. She was instrumental in narrowing the achievement gap, increasing parent and community engagement, and implementing initiatives that led to the school’s rating of “Excellent and Good”. Under her leadership as principal of St. Paul Elementary School, she began a recreational football team, 5th grade Washington DC Tour and toured The White House two years later. In 2013, St. Paul Elementary School was recognized as being 1 of 8 schools to show improvement out of 540 Title One Schools. Before retiring Dr. Dingle served as the Director of Special Education. Dr. Dingle has worked on Advanced Ed as a principal and administrator.
She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education, Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education Specialist Degree, and Doctoral Degree from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, S.C. She earned several certifications in education and received the Essentials of Human Resources Certificate from Duke University, in Durham, North Carolina. She is also a graduate of Tapping Executive Educators Program from South Carolina State Department of Education.
